Lee has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of Champion Promotion for many years. With a distinguished career leading industry teams and driving long-term strategy, Lee now serves as President Emeritus, offering institutional knowledge, mentorship, and seasoned perspective to support the company’s leadership and its evolving vision. Prior to Champion, Lee served as President of the Jordan Company for eight years and was a Market Area Vice President at BFI for nearly two decades, bringing deep operational and executive experience to the team.

Brandon has been with Champion Promotion since 2002 and has grown alongside the company through nearly every aspect of its operations. He began his career working in the screen print department and went on to serve in roles including Art Director, Production Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and now President.

This hands-on progression has given Brandon a deep, practical understanding of Champion’s production, people, and processes. As President, he leads the company’s overall strategy, operations, and financial performance, ensuring alignment across departments while maintaining Champion’s long-standing commitment to quality, service, and profitability.

Jay serves as Chief Revenue Officer, where he leads Champion’s sales strategy, customer engagement initiatives, and revenue-generating activities. With a strong background in business development and event execution, Jay focuses on expanding relationships, aligning sales and service delivery, and creating value for customers through tailored solutions. His strategic vision and leadership of the sales function ensure that Champion continues to grow its market presence while delivering outstanding client experiences.
