Brandon has been with Champion Promotion since 2002 and has grown
alongside the company through nearly every aspect of its operations.
He began his career working in the screen print department and went
on to serve in roles including Art Director, Production Manager,
Chief Operating Officer, and now President.

This hands-on progression has given Brandon a deep, practical
understanding of Champion’s production, people, and processes. As
President, he leads the company’s overall strategy, operations, and
financial performance, ensuring alignment across departments while
maintaining Champion’s long-standing commitment to quality, service,
and profitability.

Jay serves as Chief Revenue Officer, where he leads Champion’s sales
strategy, customer engagement initiatives, and revenue-generating
activities. With a strong background in business development and
event execution, Jay focuses on expanding relationships, aligning
sales and service delivery, and creating value for customers through
tailored solutions.

His strategic vision and leadership of the sales function ensure that
Champion continues to grow its market presence while delivering
outstanding client experiences.
